Welcome to Escale Ludo Sportive, where Maëlle, our passionate sports educator, invites you to explore the revitalizing benefits of Nordic walking through our two formulas.
In a marvellous setting, in the middle of a forest of tall pines surrounded by snow-capped mountains and a river, wonder will be your companion as you stroll along.
Thursday lunch break formula
Join us every Thursday for an energizing interlude in the heart of your working day, or vacation. Maëlle, with her expertise and gentle touch, will help you improve your physical condition while perfecting your Nordic walking technique.
Take part in this group activity in an atmosphere where every stride becomes an opportunity to enhance your well-being.
Prices: €15 per session, with the possibility of a subscription for all 9 sessions at the rate of €120 (one session offered).
Personalized well-being package
Experience the luxury of made-to-measure well-being with our comprehensive formula.
We'll start by offering you an in-depth fitness assessment, followed by a two-hour Nordic Walking coaching session led by Maëlle.
Sessions can be offered either as an individual or in a small group depending on your goals and budget.
Prices: from 38 to 150€ depending on the number of participants.
From 13/12/2025 to 08/03/2026 daily between 9 am and 5 pm.
